Shoulder blades that can move freely = healthy shoulders & happy arms. This class works you through various ranges of motion to bring more mobility to the shoulder girdle, while also helping you strengthen the muscles through stabilization work.

I use an elastic (theraband), but you can use a rolled up towel, yoga belt, whatever you have at home.
